the staff was helpful and polite. the breakfast buffet had many choices and all food was fresh. i liked it.

I found the location quite convenient, with the train station just a short walk away! the breakfast buffet was huge. there were many options available, i was delighted. the staff at the front desk was very helpful in providing directions to nearby attractions. I really liked that.
the room was a bit warm when i arrived! the temperature control took a little while to adjust.

The location was convenient for accessing public transport.
I was disappointed by the room I received , it did not match the pictures online. The breakfast area felt overcrowded . It was hard to find a seat. The staff didn't seem very helpful in resolving these issues.

The location was acceptable , with convenient access to public transportation.
I was quite frustrated with a few aspects of my stay. The room doors were very thin . I could hear every noise from the hallway , and each time someone closed their door , mine vibrated. This made it hard to sleep , and the disturbance was unacceptable for the price I paid.

coffee machineunderstaffed staff
the coffee machine in the reception was out of order my entire stay it seems. meal times were hectic and disorganized. tables were set too closely together making movement difficult and the staff seemed understaffed. i had to wait in queues for breakfast which was frustrating
