The hotel is located a bit away from the city center but close to the main train station and Oktoberfest grounds, offering convenience for travelers. The rooms are spacious and have great air conditioning, though noise from other guests can be bothersome at times. The service is a mix of disinterested and highly competent staff. The dining options are tasty, but variety is lacking in some areas. The location near the U-Bahn station makes traveling easy, despite not being right in the center as advertised.
I was booked and paid for a superior double room but was provided with a very small room on the first floor. Despite this, the room was cozy, spacious, and fully equipped with a big double bed. It was clean, warm, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable one-night stay, although the value for the price paid was questionable.
I stayed at the hotel located in a very nice area of town, close to the central train station and city center attractions. The rooms were facing the main road but had plenty of storage, towels, and hangers, which was a nice touch. The service was a bit problematic as staff knocked on our door every 20 minutes and the shower holder was broken without informing me. However, the location was pretty good, convenient for transportation and markets right outside, even though not particularly pleasant. The dining experience was worth booking, with great food variety in a nice internal courtyard.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were right on the end of the 4th-floor corridor, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. They were clean and comfortable, meeting a superior standard with added amenities like slippers, bathrobes, and tea/coffee packages. However, the service, although friendly, felt a bit disinterested at times. The location was good, but not as central as expected, requiring walking through some sketchy parts of town. The dining experience was superb, offering a great variety of food and a lovely outdoor dining option. Overall, a decent value for money.

The hotel has a modern and pleasant bathroom with a walk-in shower, nice and quiet rooms with no head-scratching to adjust the water flow and temperature. The service was assisted, but some mishaps occurred, and the location, although close to the railway station, can be a bit shady. The dining experience was decent but a bit overpriced for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was fabulous and well-appointed, and I even got an upgrade to a superior room for free which was a nice surprise. The service was very nice and thorough, and the staff was helpful at trying to find a room with air conditioning for me. The location was reasonably close to the city center and within walking distance to most things, although it felt a bit awkward and unsafe at times. The dining experience was delicious and convenient, and the facilities were great.
